How to update Company branding in Azure ?

 To update company branding in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including the sign-in page, access panel, and error messages, you can follow these steps:


1. Sign in to the Azure portal: Navigate to https://portal.azure.com and sign in with an account that has permissions to manage Azure AD settings.


2. Access Azure AD settings: In the Azure portal, search for "Azure Active Directory" in the search bar, and then select the Azure AD service from the search results.


3. Navigate to Company branding: In the Azure AD blade, select the "Azure AD branding" option from the left-hand menu. This will take you to the Company branding settings page.


4. Update branding settings:

   - Logo: Upload your company logo by clicking on the "Upload a logo" button and selecting the image file from your local drive. The recommended size for the logo is 200x30 pixels.

   - Background image: You can also upload a background image for the sign-in page by clicking on the "Upload a background image" button and selecting the image file.

   - Background color: Choose a background color for the sign-in page by selecting a color from the color picker.

   - Banner logo (optional): You can provide a square version of your logo to be displayed on the sign-in page by uploading it in the "Banner logo" section.

   - Square logo (optional): Similarly, you can provide a square version of your logo to be displayed on the access panel by uploading it in the "Square logo" section.


5. Preview changes: After updating the branding settings, you can preview how the sign-in page will look with the new branding by clicking on the "Preview" button.


6. Save changes: Once you are satisfied with the branding changes, click on the "Save" button to apply the changes to your Azure AD tenant.


7. Verify changes: After saving the changes, you can verify that the new branding is applied by signing in to any Azure AD-integrated application or navigating to the Azure AD sign-in page.


By following these steps, you can update company branding in Azure AD to customize the sign-in experience for your users and maintain a consistent brand identity across your organization's Azure AD-integrated applications and services.
